OMNIBUS AGENDA: All items on the Omnibus Agenda are considered to be routine in nature by the City Council and will be enacted in one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of these items unless a Council member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Omnibus and considered separately.

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 21, 2007 Special meeting; February 28, 2007 Regular meeting.

B. STATEMENT OF BILLS – ending March 14, 2007:  $293,995.73.

C. Application for a general registration application from Thomas T. Boundas & Associates, 6428 Joliet Road, #105.  Type:  Attorney.  Applicant:  Thomas Boundas.

D. Special use to conduct a model car show called Countryside Collectors Classic Toy Show  at Park Place of Countryside on March 25, 2007

A. Consideration of Great Events updated proposal for Concert in the Parks ’07 series. (2 more concerts - $9,732) Previously approved $17,100 for 6 concerts.

B. Consideration of Great Events proposed events for ‘07/08 - $45,500.

C. Consideration of entertainment for Children’s annual Christmas party - $650

INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE – ALD. SMETANA, CHAIRMAN

D. 2007 Spring Clean up proposal.

E. Masonry repair at Countryside Park & Memorial Park

F. Intergovernmental Agreement for Ideal School recreation facilities.

FINANCE COMMITTEE – TREASURER STOFFELS

G. Approval of payment to FGM for professional services from Feb.1-28 on conceptual police station and community center - $1,853.75

H. Approval of proposed T-Mobile Cellular Antenna Lease amendment.

I. Consideration  of a VOIP Telephone service to DPW - $154.50 monthly.

J. Review and approve Flagg Creek Golf Course budget.

K. Administrative Policy Implementation.

L. Approval of payment to FGM for professional services from Jan.1-31 on conceptual police station and community center - $1,125.

DONATIONS:

M. Pleasantdale Park District  - July 4th Celebration - $1,200 donated last yr.

N. Pleasantdale Little League – team sponsor - $400 donated last yr.

O. La Grange Pet Parade – parade sponsor - $500 donated last yr.

P. Rotary Club of Countryside – Diamond Achievement award - $1,500 donated last yr.

Q. LTHS Post Prom Celebration Committee – sponsor - $250 donated last yr.

R. Helping Hand – Grand Raffle - $500 donated last yr.

WATER COMMITTEE – ALDERMAN STRAZA, CHAIRMAN

S. Approval of water sales agreements with Indian Head Park & La Grange Highlands.
