III. OMNIBUS AGENDA: All items on the Omnibus Agenda are considered to be routine in nature by the City Council and will be enacted in one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of these items unless a Council member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Omnibus and considered separately.

A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 14, 2007.

B. STATEMENT OF BILLS – ending March 28, 2007:  $178,393.33.

C. FINANCIAL STATEMENT – for month ending February, 2007.

D. Application for a special use request to conduct a dance concert  from Willoughby Entertainment/JT Promotions at Local 150 Union Hall, 6200 Joliet Road, on May 5, 2007.

E. Application for a special use to conduct a Farmer’s Market from May 8 through September 25, 2007 on Tuesdays at Soehrman Park, from 8 am to noon.

F. MEMBERSHIP:  ICCMA (INT’L CITY/COUNTY MGT. ASSN) – Asst.City Administrator - $588.

A. Consideration of Great Events updated proposal for Concert in the Parks ’07 series. (8 concerts - $26,832).

B. Consideration of Great Events proposed events for ‘07/08 - $21,695.

C. Consideration of Serafin’s promotional campaign updates - $15,188.20.

D. Recommend co sponsorship of ’07 Car Shows.

E. Recommend advertising with the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau for 1 year in 3 pieces - $950.

G. Heritage Corridor material ad.  Pending Serafin’s reply.

F. Consideration of accepting a Mutual Aid Agreement with Brookfield concerning severe weather events or large scale incidents.

X. CITY ATTORNEY/LEGAL REPORT   

A. Consideration of a draft resolution re: mutual aid agreement with Brookfield.

B. Draft ordinance updating zoning map.

C. Plan/ZBA recommendation to consider rezoning from the M-2 manufacturing district to the R-7 Rural residential classification at 10035 5th Avenue.

D. Plan/ZBA recommendation to consider a variance at 5220 & 5230 East Avenue – Air Liquide.

E. Plan/ZBA recommendation to consider a resubdivision at 5220 and 5230 East Avenue – Air Liquide.

F. Plan/ZBA recommendation to consider  variances  at 9901 W. 56th St. – Besnick & Agim Useini.

2. Variance to construct a trash enclosure as accessory structure in setback.

G. Plan/ZBA recommendation to consider a variance to allow increase of a monument sign at 6734 Joliet Road – St. Bank of Countryside.

XI. ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT

A. Recommend Sharon Peterson’s attendance at a 07 IAMMA conference April 12-13 in Geneva, Ill. - $168.

B. Recommendation to award the 07 Water Main Replacement project to Gerardi Sewer & Water for $1,164,645.
