The City of Countryside Community Development
Department is located on the second floor of City Hall.
Staff includes
Community Development Director
Dudley Onderdonk,
Building Official, Community Development Planner
Bryan Swanson, Community Development
Clerk Holly Williams, Electrical Inspector
Martin Sweeney and the
Plumbing Inspector.
The Community Development Department is responsible for the
enforcement of ordinances regulating the protection of public health,
safety, welfare as related to existing buildings and new construction,
utilizing the following Codes and Ordinances:
The department also responds to a variety of complaints concerning
new construction as well as existing buildings and property conditions,
plus health and sanitary regulations.
