The Countryside Police Department is proud to present our Annual Report summarizing the department’s activities for the year 2012. On behalf of all members, we would like to thank the Mayor, City Council, residents, and employees of the City for their support and assistance during the past year.

Annual Traffic Stop Study/Racial Profile Report

The Illinois Department of Transportation collects information regarding all of our traffic stops each year. That information is summarized in an annual Racial Profile Report.

Countryside Police Department Racial Profiling Policy

It is the policy of the Countryside Police Department to patrol in a proactive manner, to aggressively investigate suspicious persons and circumstances, and to actively enforce the motor vehicle laws, while insisting that citizens will only be stopped or detained when there exists reasonable suspicion to believe they have committed, are committing, or are about to commit an infraction of the law.
