Bob and his wife Maxine have lived in Ward 1 for over forty years and are members of St. Cletus Parish. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. Bob attended Wilson Junior College before joining the Army. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Bob attended DePaul University, majoring in business management. His business career spanned over thirty-seven years with Xerox Corporation from where he retired in January of 2000.

Bob is actively involved in the City and community. He is a past member of the Countryside Police Pension board, past Secretary of the Countryside Fire & Police Commission, and past Chairman of the Countryside Independent Party.

Bob has completed the first half of his second term as Alderman for Ward 1 and enjoys being able to use his knowledge of municipal government to benefit the City. He is a past member of the Infrastructure and Hotel & Motel Committees, is currently serving as Chairman of the License and Human Resource Committees, and is a member of the Water and Police Committees.

Bob belongs to several local community organizations, including the Country Club Park Homeowners Association, the Vulcan Material Community Advisory Committee, the Berwyn Moose Lodge #424 and is a member of American Legion Coulter Post #1941.

Bob promises to continue to work hard and will dedicate his time and energy to maintain and improve the quality of services and amenities provided for all the residents of Ward 1 of the City of Countryside.

Bob believes in being accessible and listening to your concerns and ideas, and most importantly, will act on them as quickly as possible. Bob would like to take this opportunity to thank all the residents of Ward 1 who supported him in past campaigns for Alderman so he can continue doing great things for this great City. Thank you!
