MINUTES OF THE COUNTRYSIDE POLICE PENSION BOARD

SPECIAL MEETING HELD AT CITY HALL

Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 1:00PM

President Lou Moravecek called the meeting to order at 1:00PM.

This special meeting was called to approve transfer of credible service for

Officer Paul Lanzi, from the Brookfield Police Pension Fund to the Countryside

Police Pension Fund.

Also Present Paul Lanzi Countryside Police Officer

Lou Moravecek made a motion to accept Lauterbach and Amen’s December 18, 2013

calculations of $251,841.98 which covers 12 years, 3 months, and 8 days of service at Brookfield, contingent on Paul Lanzi’s acceptance, which Paul Lanzi accepted, and Steve Drazner seconded. Roll Call taken: Lou Moravecek, Steve Drazner, John Mikel, Ken Goluszka, and Gail Paul, all ayes, no nayes, motion carried.

Gail Paul made a motion to adjourn, Lou Moravecek seconded, meeting adjourned at

1:10PM.
