MINUTES OF THE
SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION
CITY OF COUNTRYSIDE
February 10, 2011

Meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm. Upon roll call the following were present: Jerry Welch, Chairman, Mark Burdett, Secretary, Scott Musillami, Commissioner

Also in attendance: Michael Ruth, Police Chief

The final version for the Sergeant Promotional list was presented. There was one change from the preliminary list, once candidate moved up one spot on the list for military points. Chief Ruth asked about the time frame and if there would be any additional discussion amongst the Commissioners regarding the three top candidates. Chairman Welch explained that there is not anything in the rules and regulations that would require another interview.

The Commissioners certified the test results of PCI and the final eligibility results. The effective date of the final eligibility list for the Sergeant Promotional list is February 11, 2011 through February 11, 2014.

Chairman Welch asked for any additional business and hearing none asked for a motion to adjourn.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
