A. To discuss personnel pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.
4. Reconvene to Open Meeting.
5. Consideration of police officer candidates to advance to the next step in the hiring process.
6. Adjournment.

BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION

May 20, 2015
1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 2:03 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Upon roll call the following were present:
Jerry Welch, Chairman
Mark Burdett, Secretary
Mary Louise Pisone, Commissioner
Also in attendance: Sue Dignin, HR/Executive Assistant
3. Motion to go into Executive Session
Motion was made by Mary Louise Pisone and seconded by Mark Burdett to discuss personnel pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act. Motion carried to recess to Executive Session at 2:05 p.m.
4. Reconvene to Open Meeting
Open meeting reconvened at 3:02 p.m. with the same members present.
5. Consideration of police officer candidates to advance to the next step in the hiring process
Motion was made by Mary Louise Pisone and seconded by Mark Burdett to move the candidates Michael Mayer and Ryan Venem to the next step in the hiring process. Motion carried and both candidates will move to the next step in the hiring process.
6. Adjournment
A motion was made to adjourn by Mark Burdett and seconded by Mary Louise Pisone. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 3:07 p.m.
The next scheduled meeting will be held on June 16, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
