Emergency dispatch services for the residents and businesses of Countryside are operated by the Lyons Township Area Communications Center (LTACC). LTACC is a combined dispatch center that is housed within the LaGrange Police Department. LTACC serves and operates as a 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and dispatch center for the Countryside, LaGrange , LaGrange Park, and Western Springs Police Departments

From there, LTACC dispatchers are responsible for directing the appropriate level of police response and service to address your situation or need.
